I’m so sad to say good bye to Tim Russert. So much focus after his death is what an impact “family” had on him. What a great son, father, husband and brother he was. As amazing as his career got, he never lost how much more important family was than anything else.

i know. it’s so sad, isn’t it? i just keep thinking, “this can’t be!” he just had to be loving this election season, and what will sunday mornings be w/o meet the press?
I’m really feeling this loss differently than I normally would. When anyone passes prematurely, it is tragic; but this campaign season just won’t be as good without Russert in the middle. I’m very sad.
i agree. he loved the contest and will be sorely missed the closer we come to our presidential election
