Our older 2 boys were friends with him through school and youth group. It was a total shock. It seems so humanly impossible to have any peace in this time - but through God's grace may they have some peace. It didn't dawn on me until this post that you had lived on the same street (seems long ago). I hope your kids are dealing with this well. Thursday will be tough...
